GLUTEN-FREE BEAN BROWNIES

Ingredients:

– 2 cups cooked beans

– 3 eggs

– ½ cup sugar

– 3 table spoon cacao powder

– 1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts

– ½ cup milk

– ½ cup oat bran

– 2 table spoon butter

– 1 table spoon orange zest

– 1 table spoon vanilin

– 1 table spoon baking soda

– 1 cup frozen forest fruits mix (or dried blueberries)  

– 100 gr dark chocolate

Instructions:

– Blend the cooked beans in a food processor

– Whisk eggs with sugar and vanillin

– Mix the eggs& sugar with beans, milk, baking powder, butter, orange zest, caco powder, walnut, oat bran, frozen forest fruits

– Pour the brownie mix into a baking tray covered with baking paper

– Bake it in the oven that was heated 180 Celsius degrees for 30-35 minutes 

– Melt the chocolate over a “bain marie”

– Slice the brownie, decorate it with melted chocolate and frozen forest fruits

– Enjoy!
