Ingredients:
2 cups glutenfree flour
¾ cup water
1 coffee spoon salt
250 gr minced meat (beef)
1 tomato
1 onion
1 pinch of parsley
1 green pepper
1 coffee spoon tomato paste
1 coffee spoon red bell pepper paste
1 table spoon olive oil
1 coffee spoon ground bell pepper
1 coffee spoon paprika
½ coffee spoon dried hot pepper
¼ coffee spoon ground cinnamon
2-3 table spoon water to add the filling
Instructions:
Knead the dough with 2 cups gluten free flour, ¾ cup water and ½ coffee spoon salt. Cover it with a moistened dish towel and leave it rest for a while.
Chop onions finely in food processor and drain it via a strainer.
Chop tomato (peeled), green pepper, parsley and garlic in the food processor as well.
Mix minced meat, chopped vegetables, spices, tomato paste, red pepper paste, salt, olive oil and 2-3 table spoons water in a bowl.
Break the dough into 5 equal pieces and do the same for the filling with meat as well.
Roll each piece of dough with a diameter of 30 cm. Cut out a piece with the diameter of 25 cm by using the tap of a saucepan as a mold.
Spread the filling with meat on the rolled dough.
Bake them in the preheated oven (230 Celsius degrees without fan) for 10 minutes.
Serve it with some parsley, onion rings with sumac and a slice of lemon.
